Blingtron Bugged?

I keep dropping my 5 k bling every day but there is no quest for loot and i have not seen any with the 6 k ones i see around town. And no i have not used it on other toons its my 1st toon of the day . Is it bugged or do these no longer give quests for loot ?

Bliz is aware and is investigating it and the daily pet tamer quests as well.
