Blind was formed in season 1 of dragonflight with a goal of building a foundation for Mythic raiding in season 2. We’ve exceeded our season 1 expectations. So far we are 5/8M VOTI with 48% pull on Dathea and continue to raid during the hardest part of season 1 when other guilds are experiencing burnout and or collapse. The culture of this guild is what is our driving force to be a better group of players who raid together. Having fun while Mythic raiding is our identity. Although we still have a raiding standard. Prog bosses get a lot more attention then our recleared bosses. Example our Raz kill everyone having fun meming and bantering with each other in phases we already had down and as soon as we made it to Phase 3 it was game on the switch was flipped and our raid became 100% focused. Down she went. Cutting Edge is our Goal moving into season 2. With it being in reach for season 1 at the moment.
Raid Days Tuesday, Thursday 8:15 pm to 11:15 pm EST. With talks of possibly adding time or extra for at least the beginning of Season 2. For the first couple weeks. Which will end up probably being mondays.
Loot is Rclootcouncil which is typical for mythic raiding.
What we expect from our raiders.
- Players are encouraged to gear through Mythic + to stay competitive with their counterparts. So for example M+ 20 weekly vault slots. Which is easy with a guild full of players who run together. We’ve had players consistently getting this done and all it does is help the raid group. It also shows the want to raid. So moving forward this will be an expectation.
-Players are expected to use potions and other consumables during raid. While being full enchanted and socketed.
-Self accountability is huge for mythic progression admit your mistakes so we can fix them and move on.
- We want players who mesh with our atmosphere and leave their ego and drama at the door.
There is a 0 Tolerance for both and yes we’ve let some skilled players go for that exact reason.
-With a Mythic roster of 20-25 people, we need players to understand you won’t be on every first prog kill. Mostly comp based. And the best players will play while teaching those who may need a bit more help. Currently we have players with less skill in certain areas sticking out because they want to grow and get better. Yes, they have and will continue to be a part of reclears.
We understand people have jobs, families, lives ETC and things come up. So we do a raid sign up each week so that the raid leader knows who to expect or who may be late. It’s a way to avoid the roster boss. Also if someone constantly says they can’t make it. It gives leadership the ability to better improve the roster by possibly finding replacements if needed.
As of now we are opening our recruitment. To all classes and players. Everyone will be considered during our recruitment process. Minimum Trial period will be two weeks. We need to have a preview of your previous logs and raiding experience.
