That kind of answer means they don’t know what to fix, so I am guessing they might rework that talent in the future.
Just replace it with Necrotic Plague.
We asked for Necrotic Plague, they gave it to a horseman.
We asked for improved DnD that follows the players, they gave it to a horseman.
We asked for a disease build, they gave us a clunky & bugged capstone that doesn’t work.
Blizzard devs are the biggest trolls in this game.
This is a joke blightfall some time did 0dmg

Do not u figure it out? Blizzard is lacking the ability to fix the bugs from unholy dk! That dmg meters bug is lasting the whole 12.0. Blightfall is bugged since 12.0. They just do not understand how unholy works. And they are to lazy to test their own game, the unholy designer is even-use his own unholy dk to play a normal or heroic raid run, they will know how bad unholy is and how many bugs we have with blightfall. This is gross negligence and they just do not care about our unholy dk. They are keep buffing bdk and bdk two targets cleaves. How come they do not know unholy has 0 two targets cleave at all? They are just lazy and do not care.

Blizzard should stop reworking unholy! Everytime they reworking unholy, they generate more bugs.
That’s why they rework it because they don’t know HOW to fix the bug but rather buff instead 
aparently they fixed it 20 min ago.

Has this been confirmed? I just ran a T11 Delve and destroyed it but didn’t take the time to test Blighfall or anything else at that time. Maybe I need to wander back in …
