Blight Boar band not spawning

Blight Boar aren’t spawning and neither is the knight. Tried just now and an hour ago.

Same for me on Duskwood 4:30pm (est) and now Wyrmrest Accord 5:30pm (est)

Seems fixed now after maintenance.
