Can we get a talent choices for magic shielding as a holy paladin, Blessing of protection is far less valuable than a magic version
Spellwarding should have been a choice node in the class tree but oh well who cares really we are not getting anything done in the future.

So basically it was at some point in development ( and I mean, it was on the PTR in the talent tree, up for testing) but they realized that by making it available to all spec they could break or trivialize various instance mechanics/fight.
It’s one thing having Prot get it (you only get 1 or 2 in a raid) but if DPS and Heal also have it then you can easily get 5-6 or break the game and get only a paladin raid and ignore some mechanics.
That it would have happened is debatable, although let’s face it, some degenerates would have done something with that for sure.
