Blessing of Might vs. Battle Shout

Wait… Paladins no longer have Blessing of Might.

Yeah they pruned it a patch or two into Legion and “Baked” the strength from it into our spec. (I can’t confirm if it was an artifact trait or not) but I do wish they’d bring it back and make it a raid wide buff like battle shout or fort.

After experiencing Battle Shout on my warrior, I can assure you that whatever remains of Blessing of Might is half baked at best.

Battle shout affects the Warriors group making it much more valuable.

I’d love if they brought back Greater Blessings of Kings, Might, Wisdom, and Sanctuary, as well as any other class’s buffs. I still feel like a lot of classes and specs would be better respesented, not to mention the feeling of being fully buffed in a raid group as opposed to being solo.

I really don’t see why they don’t make Kings and Wisdom raid wide already, they already made it so can’t stack Wisdom so just make it raid wide already and kings isn’t even really that “op” so it should already be raid wide.

Wish they’d just bring all the class buffs back to where they were in MoP, if not Wrath, including our auras, for all specs.

My point is that warriors still have their class buffs that buff themselves and their group or raid.

Aye, and Might could just be a version of it. I agree.

I’d take Sacred Shield back over any other passive buff. It felt much better then greater kings.

I would love it if they brought back a lot of the “spec wide” skills and talents of days past. EG, Poisons for rogues (actually, a lot for rogues.), auras and blessings for paladins, traps for hunters, that sort of thing. Things that used to make the class the class, but now make the spec the spec.

even with battle shout warriors dps is less than rets in dps rankings/sims/logs etc, so who cares.

We’re at lower-mid level on the rankings, about on par with Arms Warriors and below Fury Warriors. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/zone/statistics/19

Regardless, it is kinda odd that the “holy trinity” of Mages, Warriors, and Priests get the “required” raid buffs and everyone else… doesn’t.

Bam! This poster gets it.

This is the point of my post. Warriors, priests and mages are the purest of the pure classes in WoW. The pures get special treatment from Blizzard, always have. In fact, the Warrior is now a better support class than the Paladin with useful group and raid-wide buffs.
