Yea, Holy gained Spellwarding, and a lot of classes have lost important PvP talents. Just off the top of my head, Sub no longer has Shadowy Duel and Ret lost Aura of Reckoning. It’s hard to say how all this will pan out without doing a deep dive to figure out what everyone’s gained and lost.
Rdruid lost the talent that makes tranquility essentially Divine Bubble. And Prot warriors have to choose between dragon charge or heroic leap.

Arms got aoe blessing of sanctuary. So no, not all specs “lost”. Arms got their rallying cry buffed without the need to spec battlefield commander, and sharpen blade now gors off automatically on every colossus smash / warbreaker.
I said a lot of classes lost, not all classes lost, and that we’d have to figure out who ends up where.

Freedom should always have 2 charges no matter what. Blessing of Protection, nah.
