Ive never had trouble claiming twitch rewards but im not seeimg the Blazing Hippgryph ingame. Anykne got helpful information?

Sometimes it’s fast and sometimes it takes days. The first twitch thing took like 6 days or so to show up (including a ticket that wasn’t addressed and just closed). It’ll probably show up soon™

I am having the same issue - I claimed the ethereal portal at 2 am CT and claimed the mount around noon CT… I have yet to see either appear in my inventory/mailbox/collections tab.
If it’s your first time then it takes awhile.
Any chance you actually got it last time? I only ask because my partner somehow got BOTH the portal and Hippogryph during the last Twitch drop thing. I only got the portal and just now earned the Hippogryph.

The time it takes to get to us is all on Twitch and when they decide to process the info.

I think there is a bug with this mount. As after claiming it i could not even find it under not collect
TCG mounts are not listed in your stable …not the ones you haven’t learned yet…they only get listed when you finally get one and learn it …its then added to the stable list.
TCG mounts are from outside the game drops…not drops inside the game., like in raids or dungeons…

There is currently a server error that blizz has yet to acknowledge that is preventing people from receiving the mount. Check your account page under “connections”
The server error is with the middle man server that talk to the game server and 3rd party servers like twitch drops etc ect. Until this is fixed I wouldn’t hold your breath on getting it. We have complained about this on the CS forums and Tech Support Forums.
My guess is we wont get a response till 9am PST tomorrow

I got mine today, claimed it yesterday
No idea, because I got mine in the first 4 hours of the event even though it wasn’t supposed to be available. Guess I’m lucky.
This server error poped up 8hrs ago. Probably before it happened

I logged out a couple of hours after claiming mine, logged back in and it was in the mount inventory as a gift box.
Yeah a lot of people got their before the server issue started. It started roughly 8hrs ago

Never had a problem getting drops ever since having twitch, leave it to blizz…
you have to log out of the game and relog if you are in game and claimed it on twitch. outside of that it can take days it just varies per person. i’ve never had this issue with any game and twitch drops at all and i’ve done a few at least 10 for 3 different games.
it’s a common problem though i see threads like this all the time during twitch drops people do eventually get their items though.
I got mine. Took a few hours but as I was playing I randomly got a popup of having learnt the mount. Seem to trigger after I switched toons a few times. Not as bad as when I had to wait 72hours for the last twitch drop.
