Two days on mine also, I claimed on Twitch, the Ethereal Portal was instant.
Same been two days and still no Mount

Two days and still have yet to get an intelligent response yet.
Here’s the status of the ticket I put in yesterday:
That’s not me being a smart-@$$. I literally put a ticket in yesterday, and there’s no evidence of it. Not even any of the past tickets I’ve placed in the past.
Something got really screwed up.
yeah, i had that happen to me, too, the first time i submitted a ticket, i just submitted another ticket, the same day, and it’s in a holding queue
Like everyone else, I have yet to get my Blazing Hippogryph, I claimed mine 2 days ago. Hopefully this will get straightened out. I had no issue getting my Ethereal Portal or other previous Warcraft Twitch drops.
Edit - And I just got mine, woot! Hopefully everyone else will get theirs too.
