It has been over 25 hours since I completed and claimed the Blazing Hippogryph mount from Twitch. I have claimed 5 other twitch rewards onto my account properly, so I know that I have it connected to the correct account, and I just got the Ethereal Portal reward as well.
I disabled all of my addons to confirm that they are not causing any issues.

Same - ~30 hours and nada. Made a ticket but they say that it won’t do any good. I’m considering asking Twitch to re-send the verification but I’m hesitant to do so while the connection issue is still around since I doubt they’d agree to do it a third time.
Same, it has been almost 2 days since I earned it and I have NOTHING… so no idea what is going on here. I had no issues getting the portal right away, by the Blazing Hippogryph Mount is nowhere to be found. Do I have submit a new ticket if I responded to this one?
