Blazing hipograph drop

I got the twitch drop. Claimed it. And have twitch account linked. But 11 days later still not in game. Submitted a ticket and no help yet so maybe get some attention here.

There’s nothing anyone can do here. The ticket is the only way to get you into the list of those who are having problems with this.

Sadly, these things apparently require you to contact Twitch about instead of Blizzard.

This is actually an issue Blizz is still looking into and put people onto a list to try to solve. It was mentioned in the CS forums.

During the Weather machine, people were told to contact Twitch.
I suppose there is no harm in contacting both.

I know, but it seems this time, the issue is on Blizz’s end, so that’s why they started troubleshooting it.

Just to cover this. In this case, the majority of these tickets should be placed in a holding queue while the issue is investigated. It’s something that we will occasionally do with certain ongoing issues.

We’ve seen an increasing number of reports with this particular Twitch drop so they are trying to figure out what is happening and how to get folks the drop. If I receive an update I’ll let everyone know.

The issue here is that folks aren’t getting the license after it is claimed, not that they have the license but are not seeing the mount.

If you don’t have the mount, you don’t have the license. That is what is being looked into.

Hopefully our teams will be able to find out what may be causing the mounts not to be delivered soon.

When it doesn’t go smoothly, it can take a little time to figure out what the issue is, especially when dealing with promotions that span two different platforms, WoW and Twitch.

Once the overall issue is confirmed as resolved replies will likely go out to everyone who was in the holding queue. We are getting positive reports thus far, but we tend to wait a b it as it can take a little while for the old requests to clear.

Now it does look like a fix may have gone through, but I’m unsure.

Everyone I have checked so far seems to have the license now.

If you don’t see it when you log in, make sure to check your filters. I believe this one is under Trading Card Game.

You can always ask in CS and see if maybe tomorrow Vrak might be able to check for you.

He should be able to see if you have the license and if there’s still an issue, he may tell you to submit another ticket or may be able to check on your current ticket. I hope it works out!
