Yea because Thunderous blast is awesome when it randomly procs and break sheep, blind, sap, etc… or when it just procs of polymorph. Love it.
I farmed the icy veins traits for weeks and when i finally got my third. Nerf. Same thing with blaster master. Nerf before i could even get my third. Love running mythic + over and over for a chance to get the piece that I need and then have them completely change the meta
