Blaster master nerf?

not sure what this means under the latest PTR build:

"Blaster Master Fire Blast increases your Mastery by 0 for 3 sec.This effect stacks."

so....it doesn't do anything now? lol

can anyone explain?

It’s just a place holder. We are yet to see the actual values.

Its cuz fire rmp opener op.

It's only a tooltip change to show that the effect stacks. A lot of people didn't know it did until they either used it or found out thru someone else.
