so i get an achievement in a raid, then everything becomes unresponsive only able to walk around, cant loot or log out or anything, so i force close the game now when i try to get back to my server/character just a blank screen with a loading?

okay good im not alone, i figured when i looked at the other topics,…its just mine was after getting an achievement. (maybe that glitched it or something) so i cant login to that server its just a blank loading screen. yesterday now this?. i tried to contact blizzard “character stuck” service but they responded with “we were unable to do this at this time please open a ticket to contact the game master” like arnt u the game master??? how do i open a ticket?
Same thing on the Aegwynn cluster !!!

We should preorder next expansion while we’re locked out. Give them more money for a broken game. Go Blizzard!! Not even good enough to ackowledge the issue and/or work on it. Useless.

I opened a ticket, estimated reply time : 24 hours. Thats how the players are treated back for giving them money monthly. Never-ending maintenance and unacknowledged downtime.

i know this might sound lame but this is my only character i intend to do everything but cant do anything if THIS KEEPS HAPPENING, i don’t care about updates honestly i just want to play…

I went to do a Dragon Riding world quest, and it wouldn’t launch. I closed the game and now my screen is black on Nathrezim. All of my toons are gone.
Your chars are NOT gone. It’s just some kinda goofed up glitch. It’s gone away and come back on me twice so far. So don’t panic I’m sure they are working on it.

yep, same here, got back in then about 8 minutes later kicked me again and same blank screen. Its a bummer.

same for the aegwynn cluster. could log in after like 20 mins and got kicked again after 5 mins.
Nathrezim US, same here. After about 10 minutes, my characters finally load in. I logged into one, only to do one quest and the same thing happens, everything becomes unresponsive and I have to force quit the game and wait another 10 minutes. I’m assuming its database issues as it is affecting multiple realms.
at least its not just me, also at least we were able to login again. so we know are characters arnt gone. still… why? they should probably fix this quick. it wasn’t like this earlier today so why is it happening now?

Never fails and Blizzard is useless now, you can’t get any help. They fail at every level with customer service, I have the same screen…FML
