My friends list is completely blank.
Yes, I have reset my UI, disabled addons etc etc etc. It’s still blank.

i run 3 wow accounts, if your battle.net not signed into same account as your wow account, it will show up blank
In game or on the launcher if its in game id still wager thats a display issue and you may need to do another FUll UI reset disabling wont fix the issue.

Did u use fresh addons or just copy and paste the old ones.

But both signed in the same. I only have one account.
Look if its only ingame and not on the launcher its a display issue which is usualy a result of a corrupted UI If it was both the bnet launcher and ingame then that would be different I realy dont think u did the UI reset properly.
Stop giving advice to people who have been resetting their UI before you even played the game.
