Seems great overall, but my friend will probably take it from me as he thinks if it proccs from Lightning Shield it’ll be BiS for tank Shaman, does anyone know if this is even a thing? would really appreciate it
It IS bis for tank shamans. Even if it doesnt proc from lightning shield, between the casts of earth shock, flame shock, maelstrom weapon spell casts, molten blast, and anything else, it will proc often for them.
Further, they actually have mana problems and need every ounce of mana they can get to have enough threat while they run oom. There isnt another class in the game that would ever, EVER want it more than tank shaman.

Blade of Eternal Darkness giving 20sp with no stats is subjectively worse than Charstone Dirk giving 11sp with 11 int. 11 int > 9 sp, even without kings.
“buht muh maner prawk” - Every class is drowning in mana restoration avenues atm. Realistically, the high dps makes it ideal for a class that will actually melee.
