Just like others on here I cannot continue submitting the Blade in Twilight quest as its bugged to heck! I also don’t have access to the class hall yet and tried everything that others have done and no dice. 
If someone knows anything, please please let me know!

Ditto. I ran into the same thing because I got tired of that priest following me around so I decided to accept the quest and now I can’t turn it in because the quest NPC isn’t in the park where they’re supposed to be. Trolled by the Ghosts of Expansions Past!
Yes, it is still bugged. Can’t finish the quest. No body home to turn the quest into unless they moved them to some other location.
Changed character to the one having the issue just in case! Just logged in after being out of town hoping the updates would fix it but unfortunately nothing! I went through the start of the Legion quest line in hopes that would fix the bug but now I cannot get {In the Blink of an Eye!} INFURIATING!!! Started new priest starting out with this quest line to make sure nothing was missed but goodness gracious it is annoying!
