Blade in Twilight is Bugged, Turn in

Thought this would be a perfect time to get a shadow priest alt to do all the Xal’atath oriented quests, starting with the legion order hall. I was able to do all the actions Blade in Twilight has, took the portal to dalaran, but there is no one to turn the quest into

No moira, no Velen, no Faol, its supposed to be next to the garden area near the bank, however there is just no one there.

I have to believe its due to Moira being in Dalaran for the Prepatch, but this is a totally locked quest now because of it.

Please fix!

Had the same thought and ran face first into the same problem! Tried using the scroll to warp back and do the scenario again, but Legion Moira is still AWOL, and current Moira (elsewhere in Dalaran for the prepatch) has no interest in my quest. Since we can’t abandon artifact quests, I can’t even clear the bugged quest from my log.

Same problem aswell. I followed the marker for the turn in all the way to the bottom of the ocean below Dalaran!

Same issue here. Got the quest spawn the first time I went to Dalaran, did quest, ported back to Dal and NPCs are not at the marker. Can’t abandon - still have the scroll and it just loops if i try again.

I’m rarely playing during the day except weekends, but I’m enjoying a rate weekend off today and since I had a shadow priest collecting dust I was thinking hey let’s finally get her to TWW.

Anyway during the leveling I hit the Legion expansion, this quest is definitely still bugged, and I’m writing this 1/20/25.

I following the quest instructions I have the artifact in my bags, but it never lets me return to Alonsus and Moira. It just loops.

If you hit the scroll it returns you to the first part like I never did anything.

I tried manually going to Dal and I can’t find them as previously reported.

So Blizzard, as I’ve always suspected all these years…is ignoring this. I’ve always thought that they only care about the current expansion…if you have a bugged quest from a past expansion…its not their concern.

This kinda backs up my thoughts.

PS. Why in the world can’t we delete Artifact quests from our quest log too, that’s so silly. I know you can hide it but it drives my mild OCD issue crazy.
