Has anyone noticed that the blacksmithing main hand weap appearance will default override a non-transmog’d mainhand?
I’m a fury warrior, and no matter what weapon I put in my main hand slot, unless its transmogged, it will take on the appearance of my equipped blacksmithing weap (currently a silver quality Draconium Blacksmith Hammer)
Hey bud! I Believe this is just the equipment showing after you used your blacksmithing skill to create something.
There should be a buff that you have on you “Suited for smithing” this shows your blacksmithing equipment so you can live as a blacksmith in game.
Simply remove that buff and your transmog should return as normal.
Note this works for all equipment(s) Cooking, Fishing, etc.
I do also believe there is an NPC somewhere that can disable the buff so equipment does not show up. Not sure who or where they are though!
Thanks, I think that must’ve been it! Afk’d while I wrote this post and made some dinner, came back and everything seems to be straightened out. I assume the buff must’ve just fallen off. Gonna leave the post up for anyone else getting potentially thrown off by this XD
