You mean shield spike? There’s several variants of that. Which era?
I didn’t know there was more than one. I guess whichever variant is still effective at lvl 80.
I think that would be none of them. The latest shield spike added to Blacksmithing was from MoP:
and can’t be applied to any gear a level 80 would sanely choose to use (max ilevel 320).

So there’s no bs recipe in TWW that acts like shield spike.
There was an embellishment in DF called armor spikes that could be used on shields.
The closest blacksmithing thing for TWW would be the shield “beledar’s bulwark” which gives vers when taking damage, but that’s a whole shield, not an enhancement for a shield.
Another possibility is the embellishment “concealed chaos module” that drops mines at low hp. This can apply to crafted shields.
