Blackrock Foundry Blast Furnace encounter bug?

In 8.2.5 the encounter only needed 3 bombs per heat regulator today suddenly it need about 18. Is a bug or intended?

I have also been having this issue starting with this weeks reset. I did a full BRF clear with no problems on Monday, but now they seem to be needing the pre nerf number of bombs.

This is still bugged, unless the nerf was an unintentional bug and wasn’t supposed to speed up the run, but I haven’t seen any confirmation about it anywhere.
