First it was Nightstalker that was bugged.

Now, it’s Blackjack that’s bugged, which doesn’t apply after a Blind is broken despite the tooltip saying “after Blind or Sap’s effect on them ends.” Or, if you’re a conspiracy nut, Blackjack was stealth nerfed to keep Blind in the dirt post 10.1 PvP changes.

The duration shift was crippling enough, now you can’t even use Blind as a sorta-offensive/defense, hampering damage or healing, like you can Dismantle (I.e. Dismantling a Warrior to stop Die By The Sword/Dismantling a Ret during wings).

Also, rumors of Triple Threat being bugged, but I got it to proc on my first swing in testing. False alarm on that front.

Go to Raidbots and sim your character, Click on the sinister strike breakdown and look at how much damage triple threat does… Now tell me that’s a worthy mid to top tier talent in our tree. No-one would take that if there was any other options. It may as well not even work

I’m almost positive that lethality isn’t working as Outlaw right now after the recent hotfixes.
