Can’t seem to find the name of the “thing” around blackhands neck.
Some sort of helmet. But it’s not in any drop table.

This? You won’t find a wearable version in game. There’s helm of might and its offcolors, as well as other helms that cover just the neck or jaw…but nothing like this.

Could have swore I seen a blood elf pally wearing something similar to this. Minus the flames of course
Are you sure you didn’t see some one as blackhand with the toy from the cash shop that can turn you in to 1 of many NPC’S(blackhand being one)?
