I had attempted to attune to Blackwing Lair, killing the scarshield quartermaster and looting the blackhand’s command. At one point or another, I must have abandoned the quest or destroyed the item, and now if I kill the Scarshield Quartermaster, I’m unable to pick up Blackhand’s command, the game telling me I can’t pick up any more of the item, and start the quest again. It’s not in my bank or any of my bags and I don’t have the quest in my ques log. I also tried to click the orb at the end of Upper Blackrock Spire, but I can’t do so, and I’m not attuned to Blackwing Lair.
