Killed this goblin Gilblingle so many times to get the Waterlogged Journal for a quest Blackfin’s Booty and hes not dropping it other people are telling me that its a 100% drop rate trying to figure out if im doing something wrong other than just needing to kill him

I am also having the same issue, Troll warrior, in a party with a warlock, the book dropped for him but not me.
Same here… Did anyone figure it out?
I have killed the goblin for the quest and haven’t gotten it either.
