The two quests Blackfin’s Booty and Lady La-La’s Medallion both seem to be bugged. The enemy Gilblingle is not dropping the water logged journal for me to start the Blackfin’s Booty quest and the gilblin collectors are not dropping the medallion fragments for Lady La-La’s Medallion. I had tried getting these items at multiple stages of questing in Vashj’ir and have since completed all other quests there and the problem still persists. Wowhead posts suggest that the bug existed in og cata as well.

I second this… same exact thing.
There’s also a bug in the vision part of a nearby quest.

This one happened within those (the second one I think) but I didn’t get credit for it. Maybe, this is where the glitch is.

I did try to relocate the NPC to redo the visions but when found, she she doesn’t offer the the blade.
Nothing on Wowhead helped… been trying for 2 days.
This was bugged for my Blood elf Paladin on Cata classic… I completed every other quest possible in the zone and can confirm you still get the zone achievement without this and the chain quests after.
Note: - Works on other characters (pally issue?)
I logged a bug report through in game and the GM told me to report it on the forums…
