I completed the “Black Wagon Flight” quest and flew to the ruby life pools to press the complete quest button. I received an error message that read “you don’t meet the requirements for this quest”
I right clicked the other heir to the black flight. Another quest popped up the error message came about in the chat and then it switched to the end of the “Black Wagon Flight” quest. I then abandoned the quest and the npc disappeared and the start of the “Black wagon flight” quest never reappeared.
Okay update:
Sebellian has the quest available now. The quest doesn’t show up on the map at all. The quest shows up above his head as a low level quest as a faded yellow exclamation mark.
Update 2: the quest went flawlessly. I’m happy to see the black flight making some progress.
