Black smithing problem?

I have been having this weird and sporadic issue where all the sudden I cannot max craft an item no matter what I do despite max crafting the same item 20 freakin times earlier in the day.

I have a maxed out tree and everything.

The item in question was only 658. I do not understand why this keeps happening?

Is is recraft or original craft in question?
This mostly happens at recrafts where original item was made with cheapest mats

It was a recraft, and this was the issue, thank you! I recrafted it then recrafted it again and it fixed the issue.
