Black screen

Okay, I do not know how to explain this, after playing WoW for a bit (no issues), I get up to do a few things and my computer goes to sleep. I come back and wake my computer back up, open WoW and then seem to have this black screen issue when I do anything and the black screen lasts for about 2 to 3 seconds, including selecting different characters in the same realm. This issue often stops after selecting the same character once or twice in the main page. Once inside WoW, opening the map causes this, closing the map causes this, opening the bag causes this, closing the bag causes this, doing some spells does this too. I have tried to solve this issue, but it keeps happening on my main computer reinstalled WoW (3 times and it takes a while), reinstalled Windows 10, I have reinstalled my GPU drivers (numerous times) issue seems to keep on happening, this even happens with or without all addons. I do not know what else to do. It is not my an overheating issue, as my temperatures go only has high as 75 degrees C and never higher and that is normally only my CPU where as my GPU goes to about 65 degree C in the “hot spot.” Ryzen 5 5600X with a Radeon RX 6800 GPU.

please help, I do not know if this following information will help, but I added it just incase. I blanked out my computer name and id as I do not think those matter.

Sorry for the late reply, I had to sleep and work.

Looks like your GPU software is crashing in the background. You could try reinstalling the drivers.

first of all thank you for trying to help. I did a full factory reset of my drivers and GPU software, and the same. So I went and tried with Windows 10 update for the drivers as one was in there to update, though AMD says to use a different update. Still the same problem, once my computer goes to sleep, I need to do a full restart to play WoW, unless I can deal with the screen going black for 2 to 3 seconds at a time (which I cannot). Thank you again.

Once again I want to say thank you. Okay, so after doing the previous, I went to AMD to look to see what I could do. As one suggestion was using AMD Clean up utility suggesting to do it in Safe Mode, I did that. Once that was complete I only installed the drivers. So far the issue did not reappear when re-entering into WoW after purposely putting my computer into sleep. Thank you for directing me into the right direction or so it seems.
