ever since i purchased the War Within expansion i get a get a black screen at character select screen. i do not have any overlays, i have updated all my drivers i have ran scan and repair, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game my computer surpasses the games recommended specs, i tried running as game as admin, i tried running as dx11, i tried running in windowed mode, etc. please help me fix the issue?
You need to include a DxDiag for troubleshooting.

Windows desktop manager is crashing so I would suggest trying to run Windows repair tools see if that fixes your issue
I followed the instructions in the link and corrupted files were found and successfully repaierd but did not fix the black screen problem. i changed ssd, reinstalled windows 11, made sure all drivers are installed and up to date, reinstalled game and still getting black screen at the character select screen. please continue helping me solve this issue?
Go ahead and get DDU use ddunto remove old drives then install the February driver’s be sure to download the drivers before removing the old
Then try the Nvidia drivers from February.
