So, im in a weird state where after 3 years i finally reached gold cap and now i just realized getting the brutosaur or even the zulian tiger from the bmah takes that gold cap…
The best part about this is the thousands of bots parked in every server waiting to insta bid on these items and it doesnt take a degree to find out that people are selling this services for real money so the odds of a normal player who reached gold cap getting any of these items are really close to 0.
Is Blizzard planning on doing anything about this issue or should i just give up on trying to snipe the long boy from the bmah.

They’ve given up on the black market. Camp it and cross your fingers or give up yourself.

Its just so demoralizing leveling toons on low pop realms and getting to 70 only to find out theres 6 fresh boosted 70s with gold cap sitting there, like the 6 toons i have leveled theres always at least 3 people camping with gold cap i just wish they at least adressed the issue or something

Blizz should make it so we can transfer Zulian Tiger, Bear mount, AQ mount from Classic into the modern game as a good solution. Then I would actually play Classic (again?) if only to solo for mounts I gave out like candy in 2005 or whenever that was.

I dislike hearing about a perfectly good gnome angel bean not being able to get a fair go at the auction. At the same time, maybe the gold cap is not enough. Clearly, there is enough demand for the item that the price is too low if it’s instantly going for gold cap. So either list more of these mounts or increase the gold cap imo.

This is what im getting at, i really dont think the freshly boosted toons with gold cap on different servers are buying wow tokens, they for sure are buying gold from websites it just doesnt make sense to me that theres several people with multiple toons gold capped
Gold cap is more than enough. Ten million is a ridiculously unnecessary number already.
I’ve been doing my research and stuff like a good gnome and i just guess with the amount of people being gold capped the economy on this game has gone to trash, sure it took me 3 years to get it but seeing so many people with gold cap just makes me think they are either buying the gold on different servers or the economy has gone completely offrails. Plus competing in stuff like this is just impossible theres websites selling the thing for 2k usd, i dont have that type of money, neither i want to risk my account getting banned but people on discords promoting this thing have the queue full for it, its just baffling
