I can’t select them for transmog anymore. Did Blizz become prudes even with the ‘changes’ ingame now? No addons active btw.
Sorry stupid question but you are posting on a leather wearing class. You are tring to transmog them to a clothe claa correct?

I have no issues transmogging to those legs on my Warlock.
As Orelindee mentioned, you are attempting to transmog it on a cloth wearing class (i.e., Warlock, Priest, or Mage), correct?
