Black Lotus respawn

This is not a complaint...but

I have not seen a Black Lotus sense P2 dropped and layering ended. I enjoy PvP, and most often you can find me gathering herbs in all of the high level zones and finding WPvP to engage in rather than just farming herbs inside of instances. The fact I haven’t even seen one, not even another player grabbing it before me, seems like a bit of a problem. I know a guildie that claims to find them at roughly 2-4am server time. I do work a 5am shift, and theoretically could make the time to attempt to…
