My hair has been shown as black in my character photo and my character panel, plus I lag to the point I have to close out wow,and when I try to log in, within a few seconds of my character loading up it disconnects.
I’m having the same issues. If I can actually manage to login and go to character creation, occasionally their hair will stay black regardless of chosen colour. Just a symptom of the more annoying fact that I either cant login, or can login load a character and disconnect immediately. Oh and successfully logging in seems to momentarily kill my internet connection on my laptop.
I’ve reset my router, fresh installed WoW, and wiped my laptop, so far no change.
Having same issue, all characters have black hair and no eyes, only eye sockets. I have an NVIDIA graphics card and an AMD processor. I haven’t figured out a fix yet.
