What a let down when I finally unlocked this after Grinding Horrific Visions. Can only Transmog from Level 110 and up… Like Seriously? Was hoping to Level a Vulpera Monk from level 20 up to 120 while running around Azeroth/Outland/Draenor with her Backpack. Boo Blizzard =(
