I have searched everywhere and cannot for the life of me figure out where you get this. I did the quest “With our powers combined” and it gave me the vestments but that only includes the shoulders and cloak. Where on earth do I get the tabard? Are there more pieces to the set and why on Earth is it so hard to find out where to get this?

So you are not able to see the tabard in your collection? It was part of the Vestments.
Make sure you have all your filters checked when trying to transmog.
Have you tried mogging the whole set vs. individual pieces?

you rock man thank you for the great post. I should have checked my collection tab and would have saw that I had it. I thought I had a tabard equipped but it was a shirt so the transmog made it look like I didn’t have the tabard at all. I am going to file this one under brain fart. Thank you for the help!!
