In this thread, please post if you played WoW on the Horde side of Black Dragonflight (US) in 2004-2006.

For best results, post what you remember about yourself and your friends you used to play with:

  • Your character’s name, race and class.
  • The name of your original guild on this realm.
  • The character names of other players you’re hoping to reconnect with.

Please stick with in-game info, and do not post IRL identifying information about yourself or others.

Also had an undead warrior, Goku. Purple ponytail.

Unsure where I’m gonna be playing but it will definitely be a PvP server. Resto druid.

Hey! Spazoffire or Mintura (Mage/Shaman)

I was a kid back then but like everyone else, I lied about my age. Played with many people, came from lightbringer when this server was created. Sewertrout on the forums had me on a list as a guild hopper but I’d like to think I just wanted to meet more people. Played with a lot of people over the years on BDF vanilla. Either way, hope everyone is doing great in their old age and can’t wait to talk to some of y’all again!

Holy s*** I never realized they were almost all blood elves lmao. It’s amazing that not only are all these people still on my friends list but I actually remember all their WoW names by heart after all these years. I didn’t play during vanilla but I would still absolutely love and hope to reconnect with my old friends. I have very fond memories of playing with all of you that I mentioned and am fortunate enough to have shared some of the most joyful and memorable experiences of my life with.

I wish I had a better memory! I was in highschool then and played with so many people. It’s quite possible we did level together. I played prot mostly to level back then :stuck_out_tongue:

I was in the guild Failure for quite a while under the same character name (Depa). I remember that we partnered with Fires of Heaven quite often for PvP/PvE. Specifically, I remember the pre-made 40-person AV groups that we would make back in classic.
