I don’t have either of them but a trusted source says Gale of Shadows and Unbound Changeling. Questionablyepic puts Ovi’nax’s Mercurial Egg slightly above them but it’s apparently super fiddly to use optimally.
Changeling and Gale of Shadows are the most popular comp if you can get them. Ara-Kara Sacbrood is a very close 2nd option if you dont have 1 of the 2 mentioned above.
Creeping Coagulum is a good one if healing raids it seems and Empowering Crystal of Anub’ ikkaj is decent in M+ too.
