Running an arms for preference, are Elemental Force and Mark of the Hidden Satyr best dps enchants for leveling purposes?
Elemental Force scales down after a point and I’d switch to Dancing Steel.
In any case, I highly recommend Fury, especially if a friend is willing to get you a few old world items that work from the 20s through 49.

I haven’t leveled a warrior in awhile, but also not much has changed since then. Reason for fury? I find the rampup time to be kinda long that with BOAs you’ve pretty much killed what you’re attacking by the time you’ve built up rage, where arms you just run around chopping things and if it takes more than 2 hits you’re in execute range anyway.
Rampage is just damage, and I wouldn’t worry about Enrage uptime.
It’s because you can dual wield, and hit with both weapons, for enchants.

Arms is fine. I just leveled a 2nd warrior so i can play 2 Covs. Took 12Hrs 44min for 1-50 easy. Just use azeroth auto pilot.
as for your question, the stats on chest, and haste on wep. Thats pretty much it, with level scaling it doesn’t really matter.
