this has been bothering me for a while for bird mounts like Ashes of Al’ar and Violet spellwing for example…can you please PLEASE give them legs when they’re grounded…I don’t know why it bothers me so much but it doesn’t look or feel right.

They can not. Best we can hope for is a new mount that is almost the same but better. Historically wow players don’t take it well when you change something.
they can not as in they don’t have the means or they just will not because they don’t want to change something….
and to appease to everyone just make an option with or without legs when using these mounts on the ground
As in the time/effort to go back and change the old model is greater than creating a brand new one.
ic well they retro actively changed all the flying mounts to dragon flying…I’m sure they can do this as well but I get it it’s not “important” enough. I guess all I can hope for is future bird mounts possibly having legs/feet.

This also annoys the heck out of me, and it’s why I avoid using some flying mounts. Cloud serpents? They have freaking legs but still float above the ground. Moths? Also have legs but still float. But for some reason, the bee mounts can run on the ground just fine.

I actually wish that they hadn’t impacted the Heart of the Aspects mount and made it run on it’s legs. It looks so, so much worse when it’s running. It used to slither which was so much better and there isn’t a way to toggle that.
