This has always sounded grosser to me than just saying "bathroom". Makes it sound like a toxic chemical spill.

I always explain in detail what I'm going to do. Gotta be brutally honest, even if it involves self love.
bathroom has 8 letters, bio has 3, so bio can be typed more quickly. on top of that, "bathroom" generally is more ambiguous because the group doesn't necessarily know if you're just using the toilet or if you're also going to take a shower
I just assume they work for Umbrella Inc, and they're issuing orders about a bio hazard monster that's causing problems.

I just yell into the mic "holy s**t I gotta piss!" When I have to use the restroom. Much more effective.
Speaking of bathroom breaks and shortened things - I hate it when people say "Dung" instead of "dungeon" or similar(LFG, etc.) lol.

I always pegged bio as general life aggro since biology means "Study of life" which is why bio-hazardous can be seen as a "hazard to life". IE- be it a bathroom break or a doorbell aggro ranging from UPS to pesky Jehovah witnesses who don't understand the meaning of "No solicitors"
