I made this ring and didn’t realize it was an embelishment. Okay whatever it happens. I binded the ring to someone. When doing m+. It hardly ever procced. Within a 20-30 minutes of doing 3 dungeons. The ring procced for 7 seconds, 40 seconds and 20 seconds.

The ring should have 15 second timer. What gives?

I checked wowhead and the comments said it was buggy. Would anyone be able to confirm this? As well as what is the % of the proc chance?

It could be buggy. Wowhead says the proc chance is 2ppm.
