Binding Shackles
Targets stunned by Binding Shot, knocked back by High Explosive Trap, knocked up by Implosive Trap, incapacitated by Scatter Shot, or stunned by Intimidation deal 10% less damage to you for 8 sec after the effect ends.
I have tested it on both Target Dummies and mobs, Binding Shackles appear to be working for Scatter Shot, Binding Shot and High Explosive Trap.
However, it appears to be not working on Intimidation.
Can other players confirm my findings please? If so, can Blizzard fix the issue please?
