Hello,
In 11.0.5 shadow surge would crit for about 400K in arenas for me.
It was supposed to be buffed by 65% or whatever.
Instead, in 11.0.7 it crits for about 200K !
This ability was about 5% of my overall damage in an average arena game, now it’s about 2-3%
Why was it nerfed? Shadow surge was not overperforming or hitting too hard or anything, it was just low sustained damage.
Essentially, the nerf to shadow surge offsets the buff to razor fragments 
I’m very disappointed with the Dark ranger rework overall, and this mess continues
