There’s ways to mitigate the danger it but it’s still clunky. The fact that its automatic just makes it worse; Frostwyrm’s Fury and Frostwhelp’s Aid both have the 40yd box but they’re tied to CDs so they’re a lot easier to control (and keep track of). If you’re in a hectic situation it’ll be easy to lose track of what Rime you’re on (especially without a WA).
I think a better solution would be to have every 15th Rime reset the CD on it. It’d be less damage depending on when it procced since you might have to hold it for a while but it’d give you full control over using it. The damage aspect could be mitigated by reducing the number of Rime uses it takes to proc.

I feel like that also just puts everyone on random stun dr outside of cd goes as well?
Idk much about frost dk but seems not ideal to proc dragon stun 10 seconds before your ww has legsweep back

I see some hilarity happening in mythics with this. 
Please consider posting this in the feedback thread, OP. Maybe it’s not too late to make it so wyrm doesn’t auto proc at 15.

I don’t think Blizzard will see this as an issue.
Remember Tol Dagor? Randomly pulling through walls and floors went on there for the entirety of BFA. Twilight Devastation just made it so much worse.

I’d love a way to bring current expac old sets along with you.
Some kind of way to boost their ilvl to the same as the current raid.
Then you could choose between multiple set bonuses throughout the current expac, maybe even combine and have double 2 set bonus or if that was too difficult to balance just make set bonuses unique so we could t mix/match.
I mean i myself have accidentally pulled mobs that were in line with my current targets. Wyrm went a tad further than i anticipated, im sure many DKs have done it. Now couple that with a auto cast while youre focusing on your obliterate window. Surprise!!

You will use a tracker to count your Rime consumptions so you know when it’s coming, and you’ll position yourself accordingly.
Yeah its a little odd no one considered this.
