The community didnt ask for fresh HC. A SF server? Maybe, but no changes fresh? All this does is split the population even more.
Best case scenario is either nobody goes to the fresh server (unlikely) or the masses go (both factions) and make it the new HC home.
Yeah, adding Fresh HC was an odd move. Adding new optional modes on Existing HC with some kind of visible character designator would have made much more sense.

If they add a Fresh HC they needed to do other things to make it a wholly different experience such as disabling Petri, and letting it progress to TBC as well
Hell Opening a TBC HC server woulda been nice too
but looks like everyone that wants TBC will need to wait over a year
