So there are all kinds of issues with this expac which was not ready for release. Frequently when I dismount from my dragon, the dragon riding options are all there is. None of the ability buttons are present. So I have to mount & dismount several times to get my buttons back. The all of the second row buttons (F1-F12) frequently stop working mid fight. The little numbers disappear and pressing them does nothing. Since my heal / mitigation buttons are there, this has gotten me killed often. I have to completely log out and sometimes several times in a row, to get those buttons to work and this is not acceptable. Lastly - your portal for seeking GM help, SUCKS. I can spend 30 mins just trying different possible topics to find one that allows a ticket to be filed. You need a better, faster interface, and get back to a phone call option. Seriously, this sucks.
