Hey !

Internal cooldown has been added to Wither stacks. This change ( hopefully bug ) is a massive nerf to both Affliction and Destruction in both PvP and PvE.

This itself is terrible but on top of that it happened few days before Season and Raiding.

Bump. This is a fun ruining change to warlocks. I was so excited to be playing Warlock this expansion but looks like i will be cancelling my membership instead.
