Pinata mode. One enemy becomes a pinata. Killing them offers candy that gives you sugar rush.
One player has to pick up a wacking stick that deals increased damage to said target.

I LOVE Big Head Mode in every game it’s added.
I hope they will add it to WoW at some point.
yes I would adore a big head mode toy. renown lvl 30, wild hunt rep, 3300 anima, 2 hour cooldown, only in rest areas, only on members of your party.
I do as well. It’s so goofy.
Also rave mode.

New Affix, Ember of Teldrassil. A random trent will run around on fire, if you douse the flame in time, it will reward your group with a healing % increase for 40 seconds.

Bobby unlocked it by exploiting game mechanics.
