A little about 
big brain on US-Stormrage-Alliance :
Group of friends from previous expansions and new friends from BFA have banded together to do cutting edge raiding. We’ve been tired of all our past previous guilds that have constantly failed over and over at showing people where they have gone wrong and how to fix things, or have collapsed over drama/lackluster leadership. We have so many organizational skills and foundational knowledge of every class/spec and how to use logs to our advantage. Our attitude towards everyone is that of adults, and treat people like adults. We all have had arguments about various subjects and work them out like adults. We do not let our problems fester. If a problem needs to be fixed, we fix it in the best way possible. Needless to say, we have what it takes to get cutting edge, we just need more people who are like us to get there. That’s where you come in.
We are looking for people who are willing to work hard like us.
Doing everything in your power to perform your best, even if it comes down to sitting or playing an alt that will allow us to progress. Alts are not required for most, but if you cannot perform at the level you should be on your main (as per what other people of that same spec perform), you should be prepared to play an alt where you will outperform your main. If you are not prepared to play an alt, you will be asked to sit for progression until a kill is achieved. It’s not personal. We are looking out for what’s best for our raid group as a whole. The goal is to obtain cutting edge before the current content tier is over, not to drag our feet because someone can’t do a mechanic or meet a DPS requirement.
We are looking to fill the following spots:
1 Warlock
1 Havoc Demon Hunter
1 Fury Warrior
Those roles mentioned above are GUARANTEED raid spots. If you think you are good enough to raid with us, we’re always looking for exceptional players.
Logs are NOT 100% required, neither is previous mythic raid experience. Foundational levels in each tier are based off of Heroic mode, unless we are deep into Mythic content. Then we will need to know if we can transplant you in.

Tuesday 9pm-12am EST
Wednesday 9pm-12am EST
Thursday 9pm-12am EST
Nothing more, nothing less. 3 days. 9 hours.
Enough of the serious stuff. We like to have fun too, but we have to prove to ourselves first that we can accomplish what we say we can. A lot of us play outside raid days/times, and sometimes are on every single day doing Mythic+ keys. Most of our daily routine is having fun with each other doing achievements for mounts, transmog runs, arena and such.
